Canelle Braiding Lounge Booking & Service Policy At Canelle Braiding Lounge, we value your time and our commitment to delivering exceptional service. To ensure a smooth booking and service experience, please review our policy below: Deposits & Rescheduling All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are fully refundable and may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. đźš« Refunds After Service Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the appointment so adjustments can be made in real time. After-Hours Appointment Policy Appointments scheduled between 7:30 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to an additional $40 after-hours fee. This ensures fair compensation for services provided outside of standard operating hours. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
